Business of the Year Torch Awards for Ethics Currently open for submissions! Important Dates: -June 1, 2016: Guide to Completing Your Application Webinar -June 5, 2016: Deadline for Nominations -July 10, 2016: Deadline for Applications The Torch Awards for Ethics honors companies whose leaders demonstrate a high level of personal character and ensure that the organization's practices meet the highest standards of ethics, and consequently generate trust. These companies generate a high level of trust among their employees, customers and their communities. The award embodies the Better Business Bureau mission of advancing marketplace trust. BBB Accreditation is not required for application. Businesses of all sizes are eligible to apply of the Business of the Year Torch Awards for Ethics. The applying entity must have a physical location in BBB Northwest's service area of Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana or Western Wyoming.
