Business Profile
Becky McKinstry has spent the past 25 years helping companies and individuals accomplish their goals. She offers training programs in developing stronger communication skills, structure and accountability and assisting individuals and companies match the right job to the right person. Becky has worked as a vice president of a fast growing staffing agency and as president of Open Lines Training, a management consulting company for the past twelve years. As an active community member she is past president of the Meridian Chamber of Commerce, past Lt. Governor for the Meridian Kiwanis Club, a Technical Advisory Committee board member for CWI and past board member for the Idaho Air Quality Board. Becky received the high honor of Small Business Person of the Year in 2004 from the Meridian Chamber of Commerce and in 2006 she was named “Woman of the Year” for Meridian.
